Noreen Walczak is a seasoned financial services executive experienced in management at both large and small organizations. She is ambitious, versatile, and passionate about leading and helping people.
Noreen has expertise in designing, implementing and directing investment planning platforms and managing the development of strategic initiatives and projects. She has created and implemented training programs for numerous industry functions. She is an efficiency expert, and she has participated in the development of future leaders within organizations and provided mentoring services.
Noreen has expertise in the due diligence analysis of registered investment advisory products and services and the documentation and creation of all registered investment advisory regulatory filing requirements. She has additional experience in the structuring and creation of off shore RIA opportunities, ERISA platforms, Trust Services and Family Office programs.
Her most recent accomplishments include creating an evolutionary Wealth Management Platform for Lincoln Financial Advisors. The platform included features such as account aggregation/consolidated reporting, enhanced planning tools and a Managed Account Program.
Prior to her work at Lincoln Financial Advisors, she ran Polaris Investment Advisory services, a Registered Investment Advisor. Her role included overseeing all aspects of marketing, training, operations, compliance, and product development (including the development and roll out of two mutual fund wrap programs). She also created, implemented and restructured operational and compliance systems and procedures.
Noreen completed her BA at Boston University, in 1997 and she is currently working towards her certification as a life coach.

Robert J. Walczak entered the financial services industry in 1972 after completing his BS degree in history from Mount St. Mary's College, in Emmitsburg, MD.
After many years as a successful sales representative, he acquired a life insurance brokerage agency in 1983 and a full service broker dealer in 1988 forming the foundation to what has become known as The Polaris Group, Inc. To create a more stable corporate environment, Mr. Walczak, expanded and diversified his operation to include four operating companies, Polaris Financial Services, Inc., The Polaris Agency, Inc., Polaris Advisory Services, Inc. and Polaris Resources, Inc. These companies distributed financial products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, life and health insurance, annuity products as well as mortgages through a network of independent sales representatives.
As chairman, Mr. Walczak closely managed the executive staff of each operating company strategically growing The Polaris Group, Inc. to one of the largest financial services organizations of its kind in the United States. Consequently, in March of 2000 a competing New York Stock Exchange firm acquired The Polaris Group, Inc.

John Frazier received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida, with a major in Finance & Banking, in 1972 and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida College of Law in 1974. His experience includes the private practice of law, Executive Director of a legal aid society, and over 20 years in the securities industry as General Counsel, Chief Compliance and Due Diligence Officers, and President of Broker/Dealer Firms. He also teaches management courses at local universities, including Organizational Management, Organizational Behavior and Business Ethics. Mr. Frazier's consulting practice focuses on Broker/Dealer compliance and operations.
